Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and families.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Collaborate with team members to monitor and evaluate client outcomes effectively.
\n
• Build rapport with children and families, ensuring a trusting and supportive atmosphere for therapy sessions.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to create effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Provide comprehensive support and resources to families, empowering them with skills and knowledge to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Implement the IFSP as per the recommendations based on child development milestones and family priorities.
\n
• Adhere strictly to all Federal and State regulations regarding practice.
\n
• Stay updated on best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with infants and toddlers, as well as their families, focusing on those with disabilities or developmental delays. Our approach is holistic and family-centered, where you will not only address the therapeutic needs of the child but also support the family unit, ensuring that all interventions are aligned with the family's values and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required for this role.

• Licensure from the Department of Public Health as an LCSW is essential.

• A valid driver’s license is necessary for any occasional in-person visits.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
