Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children with developmental delays or disabilities to help formulate individualized interventions.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) by collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.

• Monitor children's progress by tracking outcomes and adjusting strategies as necessary, ensuring families are engaged in their child's development plan.

• Provide ongoing support and resources to families, helping them understand their child's needs and guiding them in appropriate developmental practices.

• Comply with all federal and state regulations concerning early intervention services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation affecting your practice.

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with families to create a supportive environment, helping them feel empowered to advocate for their child.

• Design individualized treatment strategies rooted in evidence-based practices, emphasizing the importance of Natural Learning Environment Principles.

• Utilize a coaching model to facilitate family engagement in learning and development within natural settings, fostering a holistic growth environment for children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. As an LCSW at Moonlight Mental Healthcare Services, you will work closely with children and their families, providing a supportive network tailored to each child's unique needs. Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
