Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to assist clients in overcoming barriers related to severe emotional disorders and major mental illness.

• Conduct assessments and risk evaluations, including crisis interventions as necessary to ensure immediate client safety.

• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to ethical standards set by professional guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and facilitate resource linkage for clients requiring additional services.

• Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to advance client care and team objectives.

• Provide on-call support as needed during and after program hours to ensure that clients receive appropriate care at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
