Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals dealing with emotional and psychological distress stemming from trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude towards individuals struggling with mental health challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills that enable effective handling of case loads and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified applicants, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or evidence-based practices for addressing anxiety and depression will find a good fit within our practice. Experience with teletherapy platforms is also preferred as we aim to enhance accessibility for our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
