Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges and strengths, employing evidence-based tools and methods.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions, applying techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to address personal and systemic issues.

• Develop, implement, and monitor detailed treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions based on the clients’ needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services, inclusive of risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure the immediate wellbeing of clients in distress.

• Collaborate actively with team members to create integrated treatment strategies that encompass all aspects of client care.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and providing robust case management support.

• Engage in community outreach efforts that aim to reduce stigma around mental health and enhance awareness of available services.

Qualifications\n
