Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, including therapy notes and treatment plans, in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.

• Manage your own caseload by efficiently scheduling appointments, maintaining an organized calendar, and ensuring all therapeutic goals are met.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans are in place for clients.

• Utilize our billing service for claims processing, insurance verifications, and management of client accounts, allowing you to focus more on client care and therapeutic processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and age ranges, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples experiencing mental health challenges or substance use disorders. Your skills will be integral in helping clients achieve personal growth and recovery through compassionate and professional therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas with the ability to practice independently.

• Demonstrated professionalism and adherence to ethical therapeutic boundaries.

• Strong time management and organizational skills, allowing for efficient handling of caseloads and therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
