Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as an LMFT will encompass the following key responsibilities:

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy that focuses on enhancing relationships and resolving conflicts.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' emotional and relational needs, and develop customized treatment plans with specified goals.

• Respond effectively to crises, providing immediate support, intervention, and resources to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity of client treatment documentation.

• Educate clients on improving communication skills, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms that contribute to emotional stability and familial harmony.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health specialists including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to facilitate an integrated approach to each client's care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your practice will be on adults, couples, and children/adolescents navigating mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
