Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological needs to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions both in-person and virtually, utilizing telehealth platforms to reach clients effectively and accommodate their preferences.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.

• Engage in regular professional development activities to stay current with best practices, therapeutic techniques, and legal regulations in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges, including relationship issues, emotional distress, life transitions, and more. We emphasize an inclusive approach that honors the unique backgrounds and experiences of our clients. You will work with various demographic groups in Bend, Oregon, and surrounding areas, helping them build effective communication skills and healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Valid and active LMFT license in Oregon is mandatory; Licenses such as LCSW or LPC will also be considered.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapeutic services to clients from various backgrounds.

• Comfort and familiarity with both in-person and virtual counseling methods, demonstrating adaptability to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
