Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing you flexibility while working from your own office space. While you will engage with clients via telehealth platforms, you will also have the option to work out of our outpatient office in Bend for sessions as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harmony Fields, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Assessing clients’ psychological and emotional needs through thorough interviews and evaluations.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral, narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
\n
• Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our clients, including consultation with psychiatrists and social workers when necessary.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.
\n
• Participating in weekly case conferences to discuss client progress and strategies for continued improvement.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Harmony Fields, our diverse client population includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and with a wide array of presenting issues. Our clients may be seeking guidance on matters such as relationship challenges, parenting concerns, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. Your expertise as an LMFT will be invaluable in providing individualized support to help them navigate these complexities.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
\n
• A commitment to ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are required, the following preferred experiences will enhance your application:

Compensation and Benefits\n
