Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough brief psychosocial assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges of each client, whether they are adults, children, or families.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and progress through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to refine and enhance the overall treatment strategies and outcomes for clients.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to effectively address complex emotional issues.

• Stay informed about the latest trends in mental health and therapeutic techniques, integrating new knowledge into practice to enhance client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population. Our clients come from various backgrounds, presenting challenges that range from anxiety and depression to relational difficulties and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current Clinical License (LMFT) demonstrating full licensure to practice independently.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience\n
