Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active, independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Strong communication skills are essential, especially for virtual interactions, to foster a positive therapeutic environment.

• Proficiency in using online therapy platforms to conduct sessions effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing therapy services, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
