Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct thorough intake assessments with both couples and individuals to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapy sessions, engaging with clients in a variety of formats—both individually and as family units—addressing complex issues such as relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and adjustment challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote effective communication, conflict resolution, and emotional healing for families across different dynamics.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring that each client receives supportive and appropriate care throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our treatment approaches.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, which equips you with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in family systems therapy, trauma-informed care, or specialized therapy modalities will be highly regarded.
