Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Brightest Healing Psychotherapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify their unique needs and challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, tailored to diverse client situations.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may encompass various modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or emotionally focused therapy, depending on the client's issues.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress meticulously to ensure a comprehensive understanding of treatment effectiveness and to make necessary adjustments.

• Collaborating seamlessly with other healthcare professionals, support staff, and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
