Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to individuals and groups.

• Document client progress, treatment outcomes, and session details accurately in compliance with professional standards.

• Maintain a clean and unblemished professional record in accordance with state licensure requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with mental health practices and regulations.

• Collaborate with colleagues for case consultation and best practice sharing to enhance therapy effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, among others. The role requires cultural competence and an ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet varying client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited university.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of direct psychotherapy experience with adolescents and adults.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Strong written communication skills for session documentation and client reports.

• A commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards in therapy practice.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
