Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Metro Psychotherapy, you will be responsible for:

• Providing therapy to clients dealing with a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Creating personalized treatment plans that take into consideration the client's history, values, and specific needs, ensuring a client-driven approach.

• Facilitating a therapeutic environment built on trust and mutual respect, encouraging open communication and feedback from clients.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that align with clinical best practices to support client progress and wellness.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers to provide comprehensive and holistic care to clients.

• Offering crisis intervention and immediate support to clients who present with urgent needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to continuously enhance your clinical skills, with a focus on areas that spark your interest such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise as an LMFT will be crucial in serving a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with significant life transitions. Compensation and Benefits\n
