Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for diverse clients and provide tailored psychotherapy, employing evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate closely with supervising licensed psychologists or nurse practitioners to ensure high standards of care and ethical practice.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation using electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings, contributing to case reviews, treatment planning, and strategic discussions on service delivery improvements.

• Support the development of treatment plans suitable for varying levels of care, coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Psy.D in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering psychotherapy services in clinical or outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
