Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC, your primary duties will include:

• Facilitating therapy sessions using various evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and solution-focused interventions.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate client goals and therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Maintaining meticulous records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
