This role is entirely remote, offering flexibility in work hours tailored to fit your lifestyle. As a therapist with us, you have the autonomy to manage your caseload independently, with 10 to 30 billable hours per week, ensuring you can provide focused and dedicated care to your clients. Our practice utilizes a telehealth platform to deliver services, fully supported by our administrative team who handle non-clinical tasks, allowing you to concentrate on what matters most—your patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide subsequent short-term psychotherapy tailored to individual, family, and group therapy needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Engage in case management and create treatment plans in consultation with supervising licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, including crisis intervention, supportive therapy, stress management, couples counseling, and skills training.

• Evaluate and assess treatment and prevention strategies for mental health disorders, determining the appropriate level of care based on individual client needs.

• Utilize electronic health records and telehealth platforms effectively to document patient interactions and maintain accurate treatment histories.

• Participate in collaborative team meetings, sharing clinical insights and discussing best practices with peers for quality assurance and patient outcomes.

• Maintain a high level of clinical competence through continuous professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Prepare detailed reports, progress notes, and maintain consistent communication with clients and relevant stakeholders to enhance care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and dual disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy services to clients.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems demonstrating an ability to adapt to the technology used in modern therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS for new hires.
