Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver evidence-based short-term psychotherapy for clients in outpatient settings, ensuring high standards of care.

• Utilize collaboration with licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians to provide integrated clinical services.

• Offer extensive psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing various mental health concerns and dual diagnoses.

• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities such as crisis intervention, skill-building therapy, and couples and family therapy based on client needs.

• Evaluate treatment progress and adaptability, adjusting plans and interventions as necessary while ensuring the highest quality of client care.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress electronically, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

• Engage in team discussions focused on case reviews, quality assurance, and clinical best practices.

• Provide consultations around family interactions, sociocultural considerations, and community resources that assist client wellness.

• Participate in ongoing training and development activities to stay current within the field and enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in the state of Colorado is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
