Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostics to identify client mental health challenges, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster emotional healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate effectively with peers through regular staff meetings, group supervision sessions, and one-on-one meetings with your clinical supervisor to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly monitoring their progress to adapt treatment as needed and ensure successful outcomes.

• Engage actively in professional development to refine therapeutic skills and remain current with best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health issues. Your expertise in individual and couples therapy will be instrumental in assisting clients navigate relationship dynamics, personal challenges, and behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for the LMFT position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 101,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity. In addition, we offer an attractive sign-on bonus.
