Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your role will encompass a variety of therapeutic interventions and responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients and families, including initial consultations and ongoing evaluations of mental health needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, employing evidence-based techniques to enhance communication and resolve conflicts.

• Delivering individual therapy when necessary to address specific issues affecting clients within the family dynamic.

• Specializing in diverse areas, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, and blended family challenges.

• Creating tailored treatment plans based on client assessment and ongoing progress to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

Your clients will include couples, children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of challenges, such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted state licensing as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
