Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will work with couples, individuals, and families to address a wide array of issues that can impact their relationships and overall mental health. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading therapy sessions with couples and families, as well as individual sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Facilitating therapeutic interventions aimed at resolving conflicts, improving communication skills, and addressing issues such as grief, trauma, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions to achieve effective treatment outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of each client’s progress and treatment activities.

• Actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and provide comprehensive treatment options.

Qualifications\n
