Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Bend Mental Healthcare Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Providing therapy sessions both conjointly and individually, addressing a variety of family dynamics and individual challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist clients with issues such as grief and loss, relationship conflicts, medical issues, job stress, and adjustments to separation or divorce.

• Facilitating communication and conflict resolution among family members to promote healthier interactions.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills and remain informed of the latest practices in the field.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
