Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances, history, and therapy goals.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to best meet client needs.

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities that encourage open communication and growth, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Documenting client progress and treatment notes in our secure electronic health records system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to connect clients to additional services as necessary, such as psychiatric care or community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, couples in distress, and families facing communication challenges. Our clients range from young adults to seniors, ensuring a rich diversity of experiences and issues, including relationship dynamics, mental health disorders, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in facilitating healing, communication, and understanding among clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon, with consideration for candidates possessing LCSW or LPC licenses.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with teletherapy or adapting traditional therapeutic techniques for virtual settings will be a preferred asset. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
