Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Document all client interactions and progress within 24 hours to maintain the integrity of client records.
\n
• Participate in regular team consultations to discuss cases, seek input, and enhance the overall quality of client care.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in mental health practice.

This role primarily focuses on adult individuals and couples seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Current independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy platforms to deliver effective sessions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a mental health counselor in a clinical setting, preferably with adults and couples.

Compensation and Benefits\n
