Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, ensuring a holistic understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.

• Document all client interactions and complete necessary paperwork within 24 hours, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals for progress.

• Engage in regular team consultations to enhance the quality of care and share insights that contribute to client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with industry standards and best practices for ethical mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on adult individuals and couples seeking therapy for a variety of mental health challenges. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and stress management. Your expertise will guide them through their healing journey in a supportive, empathetic manner, utilizing techniques tailored to their personal experiences and goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an independent license (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon is mandatory to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
