As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Positive Development, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure in Oregon to practice without supervision (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy and developing customized treatment strategies.
\n
• Strong communication skills that facilitate online engagement and client rapport building.

• Familiarity with teletherapy software and technology, ensuring effective use of virtual counseling tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n
