Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers a remote working environment, allowing for flexible scheduling within a structured framework. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some required flexibility to accommodate the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine patient needs utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused intervention strategies.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and industry standards.

At Stone Point Behavioral Health Services, our clientele includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, predominantly trauma-related issues, anxiety, and depression. You will work with a diverse patient population that requires tailored interventions to meet their unique needs and promote healing. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Stone Point Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
