Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly synchronous video therapy sessions with adults, employing evidence-based techniques to address a wide range of emotional challenges.

• Utilize our intuitive therapist portal for timely and accurate clinical documentation, minimizing administrative burdens.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that address both psychological and medical needs.

• Implement automated symptom self-assessments and monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans proactively.

• Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team to share insights and receive guidance on complex cases.

• Maintain a full caseload, ensuring your work is busy yet fulfilling as you contribute to clients achieving their mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
