Best Life Therapy is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to provide therapeutic services in a remote setting while maintaining a stable schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year , complemented by an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine mental health needs and establish baseline measurements for treatment.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities and techniques to address a wide range of mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation and documentation of client progress in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in providing therapy, with a strong understanding of therapeutic practices and client engagement strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt seamlessly to both virtual and in-person therapy settings, leveraging technology for effective practice.

• Exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skills, enabling strong client relationships and therapy outcomes.
