Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect patients’ unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions in various contexts, including individual, couples, family, and group settings, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere.

• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide age-appropriate interventions for varied patient demographics, including children and adolescents.

• Lead parent support groups, specifically addressing complex issues such as adoption, placement challenges, and the impact of prenatal substance exposure.

Your work will cover a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and the complexities of family dynamics. You will support families navigating challenges with child behavior, emotional regulation, and the pressures of modern life, ensuring that every individual receives the tailored care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active state license to practice therapy is essential.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually.
