Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, establishing rapport and providing a safe space for open dialogue.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals to track progress.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Monitor, evaluate, and update treatment plans in response to clients’ evolving needs and therapeutic progress.

• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Facilitate parent support groups, addressing complex issues such as adoption and the impact of prenatal substance exposure on children.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to offer appropriate referrals and coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at our center, you will work with a varied client population that includes adults, children, adolescents, and families facing mental health challenges. Our clients often present with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and behavioral concerns in children. You will empower clients by providing therapeutic interventions that foster personal growth, resilience, and improved family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapy focused on marriage and family dynamics.

• Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and the application of therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to therapy.

• Experience leading support groups or workshops focused on parenting and family relationships.

• Training in trauma-informed care and the ability to work sensitively with clients impacted by prenatal substance exposure.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
