Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and detailed assessments to determine the individualized needs of children and their families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that they are tailored to each child’s specific development and family priorities.

• Monitor and document outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team, which may include pediatricians, educators, and therapists, to ensure that care strategies are effective and aligned with best practices.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, equipping them with information, resources, and skills to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices in sessions, focusing on Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster inclusive learning experiences.
\n
• Develop positive rapport with children, families, and colleagues to create a nurturing and effective therapeutic environment.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations to maintain the highest standards of care and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children aged zero to three years old who are facing developmental delays or disabilities. The LCSW will work closely with these young clients and their families, helping them access services and support that promote optimal development in areas including physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth. Compensation and Benefits\n
