Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of client needs, identifying mental health challenges, social determinants, and formulating appropriate treatment objectives.

• Deliver individualized one-on-one counseling sessions to clients dealing with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and familial challenges.

• Facilitate collaborative group therapy sessions focusing on psychoeducation, support, and community resources to foster a network of resilience among participants.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that outline measurable goals, utilizing evidence-based practices to track client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and coordinating with emergency resources when necessary.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and assist them in navigating healthcare systems and community resources, ensuring their access to essential services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
