Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing you to provide essential services from the comfort of your own home while still making a meaningful contribution to local schools. Generally, our work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours based on client needs and the flexibility of our team. A collaborative atmosphere is essential, and you will work closely with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure that our students receive comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices tailored to the student population.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational policies, clinical guidelines, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with educational staff, families, and community resources to promote successful outcomes for clients.

• Facilitate outreach programs and workshops that educate students, staff, and families on mental health topics and available resources.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to group efforts aimed at improving collective performance and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW in our organization, your primary focus will be on a diverse student population facing psychological and emotional barriers to their happiness and success. Your expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment will be vital for helping these students navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, applying tailored strategies to equip them with skills for resilience and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required, with a master’s degree preferred.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona is necessary.
