Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, detailing therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to create and execute comprehensive, client-centered care plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, focusing on skill-building and community support.

• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing safety planning as needed to ensure client well-being.

Qualifications\n
