Key Responsibilities\n

• Advocate for clients by helping them access essential community resources, social services, and support systems that promote their well-being.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and emotional stability during challenging circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, to develop and implement individualized treatment strategies.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients, equipping them with coping skills, communication techniques, and self-care strategies that empower them in managing their mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with clients dealing with a range of emotional and behavioral disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
