Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to gauge the developmental progress of children and identify specific needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each family.
\n
• Monitor client outcomes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, adjusting care strategies as necessary to better support each child’s development.
\n
• Provide therapeutic support and guidance to families, helping them navigate the challenges of raising a child with developmental concerns.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standards of practice in mental health care.
\n
• Build trusting relationships with clients and their families, fostering a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.
\n
• Develop and recommend evidence-based strategies to families, implementing best practices in a natural learning environment.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model to teach families strategies that enhance their child’s development in everyday settings.

• Consistently uphold health and safety protocols to protect the well-being of all individuals involved in treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on young children, particularly those undergoing early intervention services due to developmental delays or disabilities. Our initiatives support infants and toddlers during their crucial formative years, aiming to promote skills in various domains, including physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will be instrumental in enhancing the life experiences of these young clients and empowering their families with knowledge and strategies to better support their child's growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey, as regulated by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required to facilitate any necessary travel.

• At least one year of demonstrable experience working with children in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
