Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of patients to evaluate their emotional, social, and financial needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on coping strategies, grief, and adjustment issues related to detoxification.

• Coordinate post-discharge services with community organizations to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of care for patients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
