Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions and provide diverse mental health services tailored for clients navigating a variety of emotional and psychological challenges.

• Utilize appropriate psychological assessment tools to accurately evaluate and diagnose clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their mental health status.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients’ unique histories and needs, revisiting and adapting these plans in conjunction with their progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services when necessary, including conducting suicide assessments and coordinating any required hospitalizations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and mental health professionals to offer integrated and continuous support to clients.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of clinical policies and procedures that uphold the quality of care and client experiences.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to remain current with best practices in the field of social work and mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with patients in hospice settings, addressing the mental and emotional concerns typical of individuals facing end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
