Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy, addressing a range of concerns from grief and loss to anxiety and depression.

• Utilize a modern billing service that manages claims, ensuring a streamlined approach to client and insurance accounts receivable, eligibility verification, and payment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions through our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
\n
• Schedule ongoing appointments, ensuring an organized and up-to-date calendar for your clients.
\n
• Engage in regular collaboration with other therapists, participating in team meetings and case consultations to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with individuals and couples facing end-of-life issues within the hospice environment. You will provide emotional and psychological support to assist clients in navigating their personal journeys, addressing feelings of fear, anxiety, and loss. The compassionate care you offer will be pivotal in ensuring that both clients and their families receive the empathy and respect they deserve during challenging times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to practice independently.

• Availability for full-time work, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and the flexibility to accommodate at least 2 evenings each week.
