Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual psychotherapy sessions to patients with diverse mental health challenges specifically related to their substance abuse recovery.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs, leading to the development of effective treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting techniques to meet individual recovery goals.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure holistic, patient-centered care that addresses the multifaceted nature of substance use disorders.

• Provide education to patients and their families about the nature of mental health issues and available resources, empowering them to advocate for their wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly focused on substance abuse treatment plans.

• Solid understanding of solution-based intervention strategies and the flexibility to utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills, allowing effective collaboration with both clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year for full-time roles, with part-time positions offering USD 50,000 to 70,000 per year.
