Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information about client needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop individualized, strengths-based treatment plans that align with clients' unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy with methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate coordination of care by liaising with multidisciplinary professionals, including school staff, psychiatrists, and case managers, to create cohesive support systems for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring adherence to Medi-Cal regulations and ethical standards, which contributes to effective treatment continuity.

• Engage regularly in team consultations and clinical supervision to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance professional growth.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies as necessary, empowering clients and families through advocacy within their social environments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes working with a diverse clientele, primarily including school-aged children and adolescents who are navigating complex mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
