Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations to fully understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in a one-on-one setting, as well as facilitating group therapy sessions designed to foster peer support and community.

• Conduct risk assessments and utilize therapeutic techniques to address heightened concerns related to mental health issues.

• Collaborate with educators, school counselors, and parents to implement holistic interventions that promote student well-being.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation adhering to BBS and HIPAA standards to ensure confidentiality and accountability in client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in optional team meetings and peer consultations.

• Remain informed about best practices in clinical social work, including an understanding of new research related to trauma-informed care and systemic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and unrestricted LCSW license in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
