Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients suffering from mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to identify their unique needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally competent, ensuring they align with best practices in mental health care.

• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Document care comprehensively in EHR systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory standards.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals undergoing detox and recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. You will support a diverse patient population, each with unique backgrounds and experiences, ensuring that care is tailored to meet their specific needs while fostering a non-judgmental, supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
