Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and challenges.
\n
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family.

• Monitor treatment outcomes and collaborate regularly with other team members to ensure effective service delivery.
\n
• Provide support and education to families regarding strategies and interventions that will enhance their child's development, encompassing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and follow the Natural Learning Environment Practices to encourage a supportive learning atmosphere.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing social work practices.
\n
• Build trust and rapport with children and families to foster healthy relationships and facilitate effective communication.
\n
• Implement coaching methods and natural environment teaching techniques in the client's home or community settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSWs primarily support children from birth to three years old who may experience disabilities or developmental delays. Our approach is centered around early intervention, helping these young clients acquire essential skills during a pivotal stage of brain development. Additionally, you will impact the emotional and psychological well-being of families navigating the complexities of caring for children with special needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as per the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually.
