Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Peace of Mind Mental Health Care & Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development : Collaborate with families and team members to create tailored intervention plans that address the unique needs and goals of each child.

• Monitoring outcomes : Regularly track and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to ensure that goals are being met and adjust strategies as needed based on family input and child progress.

• Providing direct support to families : Offer guidance, resources, and emotional support to parents and caregivers, equipping them with the skills necessary to foster their child's development at home.

• Implementing Early Intervention methodologies : Utilize evidence-based practices while teaching in natural environments, ensuring that learning occurs in everyday settings that are meaningful to families.

• Complying with all Federal and State regulations : Maintain adherence to legal and ethical standards within the field to ensure quality care and client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. You will be instrumental in facilitating their access to necessary services, including assessments that influence developmental trajectories during critical early years. By implementing personalized interventions, you will support growth across various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
