Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day functions will include a variety of responsibilities that directly impact the developmental outcomes of children and support their families, such as:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments to understand each child's specific needs.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to enhance the child's learning and growth.

• Monitoring and adjusting strategies based on child progress and family feedback, ensuring a responsive and adaptable service provision.

• Building strong, empathetic relationships with children and families, fostering a safe and supportive environment conducive to learning.

• Providing families with resources and skills to enhance their child’s development, including strategies grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Utilizing a coaching model to implement Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring interventions are realistic and applicable in the home setting.

• Adhering to all federal and state regulations to guarantee the health and safety of our clients and team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically focuses on children aged 0-3 who may face developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with infants and toddlers, guiding them and their families through critical developmental milestones. Understanding and responding to different learning styles is essential, as each child presents unique challenges and strengths.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Licensure as an LCSW by the Department of Public Health is required.

• A valid driver’s license for occasional community engagements and home visits.
