Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify strengths and areas for development.

• Participate in developing and implementing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that cater to the unique needs of each child and family.

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of intervention strategies to ensure positive outcomes for children in developmental programs.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, helping them understand and foster their child's development through tailored education and resources.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote a cohesive and supportive environment for children and parents alike.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical practice and safety for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to design and recommend strategies that align with Natural Learning Environment Principles.

• Deliver family education and coaching, equipping families with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their child’s growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is on young children, particularly infants and toddlers who have disabilities or developmental delays. The Mind Wealth Wellness Center is dedicated to fostering emotional, cognitive, physical, and social development through early intervention. By engaging with families from diverse backgrounds, our LCSWs contribute significantly to creating a supportive network that empowers children to achieve their developmental milestones during these critical early years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for home visits as needed.

• Demonstrated experience adapting treatment plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual needs of children.

• Ability to engage effectively with children and families in order to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate assessments, plans, and recommendations clearly to all stakeholders.

• A collaborative spirit and a respectful attitude towards colleagues and families in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• One year or more of experience working in early intervention settings with children.

Compensation and Benefits\n
