Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and identify strengths and resources that will aid in their treatment.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, outlining actionable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment to support clients in times of urgent need, including safety planning and immediate support.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards to assure quality care and compliance.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to promote wellness and facilitate peer support among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
